2. Format of the tournament: League passes in two stages:
2.1) Group stage. Minimum number of teams - 16. Format: Circular - each team plays with each. The number of groups depends on the number of declared teams of participants.
Match format: 4 mandatory matches 1x1 (BO1) and ACE-match (BO1, 2x2) with an equal score.
The top 2 teams on points (column CB - Sets winnings in the results) get into the play-off (with equal points - by who has less lost sets, and only then by personal meetings).
When registering a league with a large number of participating teams, the number of teams entering the play-off can be changed by the decision of the judges.
2.2) Play off. Format: Olympic (Single Elimination). Match format - Allkill BO7: the winner plays the next set.
2.4) A player's league is determined by his main race, regardless of the race chosen for the match
3. Mappool: Ladder mappool at the time of the start of the league.
3.1 The league uses the mappool at the start of the league.
3.2 The starting map is set automatically (in the group stage on all sets, in the play-off on the first set).
3.3 In the play-off, the losing team chooses the next map.
3.4 Any map can be used only once per match.
4. Teams, players, legionaries.
4.1 You can create a team at https://rfcs.ru/tournaments/teams/?team_edit=1. The team profile must be completely filled: Team name, tag, website, country, logo, type of team (choose StarcraftII game via “pencil”)
4.2 The team manager must himself organize the registration process on the site of the players of his team, as well as assign roles to them.
General Manager and Manager - they can line up a match, approve applications and remove players from the team.
Player - this position can be occupied only in one team. (It is forbidden to play in two or more teams. Penalty: withdrawing a player from the league before the end of the season with zeroing results).
Streamer - a person with such a position may be in several teams or not at all.
4.3 Players must complete their profiles: Nick, race, link to battle.net.
4.4 The player is forbidden to create smurfs on the site. If you have forgotten your password / login or email, write to the administrators or judges of the tournament.
4.5 A clantag on battle.net may differ from the tag of the team it represents.
4.6 Players using cheats or banned for another reason are not allowed to the league.
4.7. In the team name, clan-tags, and nicknames, it is prohibited to use mate, insults, letter sets or symbols that make it difficult to identify a player (barcodes “IIIIIIIII” are strictly prohibited).
4.8 Legionnaires are allowed and can be added to the team if they are not in the other teams participating in this tournament (i.e. 1 player cannot play in one tournament for two or more teams).
5. Transfers, peon-ban
5.1 Peon-ban: Ban a player from playing the closest match. In the first match of the season pioneer bans do not work.
5.2 A player who joins a team gets a peon-ban for 3 days. You can put a player in the lineup only exactly after the 72 hours.
5.3 Players from the first (main) squad can move to another (second) squad of the same team and back only if the player has not managed to play a single game yet, having notified the RSL referees.
5.5 From the play-off stage, any transfers as well as adding new players are prohibited.
5.6 The play-off stage begins strictly after the end of the group stage.
5.7 A player who has never been put on a lineup in the first stage is not allowed to play in the play-off.
6. Match transfer.
6.1 The match can be postponed by the managers of the agreement of both teams on the match page without the participation of the administration, the date and time are chosen by the managers themselves.Important! The date should not be outside the scope of the group stage.
6.2 A team may refuse to postpone a match, but if the match date coincides with any major tournament, its selections, or holidays, the referees may forcibly postpone the match, provided that this is reported in advance several days in advance.
7. Submission of the lineup and results:
7.1 Players are selected in the lineup and their races are indicated.
In the first stage, the players are set according to the maps.
In the play-off order of players in the match can be arbitrary, except for the starting player.
7.2 A lineup must be submitted on the match page, no later than 30 minutes before the start of the match.
7.3 Lineup opens 10 minutes before the start of the match.
7.4 If the command: 1) Do not fill a lineup; 2) Filed a lineup and did not show up for the match; 3) I filed a lineup, came to the match, but could not play a single set; then she gets a technical defeat.
7.5 Match results must be completed by managers no later than 6 hours after the start of the match. The losing team must confirm their correctness and tick the loser.
8. Match, ACE-match:
8.1 The time of matches in each season is made up according to the following principle:
Ru vs Ru - 20:00 (Moscow time), 18:00 (CET), 17:00 (UTC).
Ru vs Eu - 21:00 (Moscow time), 19:00 (CET), 18:00 (UTC).
Eu vs Eu - 22:00 (Moscow time), 20:00 (CET), 19:00 (UTC).
8.2 Games are held on the EU-server. If desired, both players can play on any server.
8.3 Before the start of the match, the players and managers themselves must deal with peon-bans, a map, observants, and judges. All claims for this after the start of the match will be rejected, and the result counted.
8.4 In the first stage, all 4 sets are played. (The match can end before if the score 3:0)
8.5 The ACE match is an extra match in the BO1 format, which is played in the first stage with a 2-2 draw. A pair of players from the team for the match 2x2 are exposed (ladder maps 2x2 are played)
9. Conflict situations, protests, fines:
9.1 PF - Points Fine. PF can receive teams and players.
In the play-off, instead of the points fine, the team or player may receive a warning, and then a penalty in the form of a decrease in the prize fund by 1-5%.
9.2 For every 3 points, 1 point is removed from the team.
9.3 A player who receives 5 points will be disqualified until the end of the league season. The manager may also be disqualified, in which case he will be suspended from all positions until the end of the season and, if there is no second manager, his duties will be performed by another player.
9.4 Incorrect race in lineup. The player played a different race — 1 PF team.
9.5 Wrong line feed. After opening the lineup, it will no longer be possible to make changes to it. In the event that another player comes out instead of the declared player, he will be awarded a teluz in this set. Be careful when submitting the lineup.
9.6 Incorrectly entered results. No results are displayed, no player is listed who received a technical defeat - 1 PF team that made a mistake.
9.7 Disconnect. In the case of a disconnect player, the game is replayed from the replay. When you re-disconnect, the enemy may require technical victory. The judge may give a second replay.
9.8 AFK. If a player is absent for 15 minutes, he receives a technical defeat. In the absence of the second player within 10 minutes after the technical defeat of the previous player, the team immediately gets a technical defeat in the match.
9.9 BM (bad manners): Judges reserve the right to consider what is a BM and what is not. Some things: Direct insult, a special tightening of the game (when it is obvious that there is no chance of winning or a draw). 1-2 PF, up to the player’s ban until the end of the season or for life. The final decision is made by the chief judge.
9.10 Failure of the team for 3 matches. Having received 3 technical defeats, the team is removed from the league and all its results are reset.
9.11 Pause. Each player can pause the game, warning the enemy about it. The total amount of pauses should not last more than 5 minutes. In case the player has exceeded the time and has not explained the reason for the stoppage, he may be considered a technical defeat or given penalty points. (the same measures can be applied to another player without a demand who has taken a pause).
9.12 Starting a game without a judge or an official streamer. If a streamer or judge wants to come to a match, he must notify both teams in the match comments about his presence. After that, he must be invited to every game of the match. In case of violation, the team receives 1-2 OR.
9.13 If the situation is not described in the rules, the decision is made by the judge. When two teams merge, the situation with peon-bans is decided by the judges.
9.14 Any violations of the suspicion of foul play are considered after the match ONLY with attached evidence (screenshots, replays, etc.).
9.15 The verdict will be added by the judge to the match at which the violation occurred, in a separate news item or in a personal message to the manager.
9.16 If the team considers the decision to be wrong, it can appeal with all the information about the event to another judge, the main judge. At a minimum, it should contain a link to the match at which the event occurred, a detailed description of the situation, evidence. The appeal is considered within 3 days (if necessary, watch replays, the term may be extended).
10. Streamers, judges and spectators:
10.1 List of official streamers: (will be added to the start of the league)
10.2 The delay on the stream must be at least 2 minutes of real time.
10.3 If the official streamer creates situations for unfair play (did not set a delay or decided to stream without comment), report this to the judges. After several violations, the person will be removed from the list of official streamers, right up to the life ban.
10.4 In order to avoid any phrases from the spectators in the general chat of the match, when creating a game, viewers and streamers are prohibited from assigning the status “Judge”. In case of violation, the fine is 1-2 OR.
10.5 Viewers and unofficial streamers are prohibited in the game!
10.6 When disconnecting the official Steamer, who streams the match with the tournament announcement on any major site (and if
there are no other streams from which to make a rest), the game is restarted from the replay; in other cases, the game continues without an official streamer.
10.7 When the judge disconnects, the game is not replayed.
10.8 You can refuse any official streamer if it does not stream the game, but is in the game.

Important: The judges are not always online, so if any situation happened in the form of "we have banned caster casters, but he does not leave the game" or "the streamer does not want to remove the status of a judge" then:
a) re-create the map yourself, invite the players and remove the extra ones.
b) if the opponents start the game, your player leaves the game and enters the new one.
c) if the opponents themselves do not want to start the game without a banned cocaster, then you make screenshots (the text where you banned the cascade, the screen where he does not want to go out, etc.) if there is evidence, the team of the offender will receive techluses in this set.
